The Outer Banks has always been split into two worlds: the Kooks of Figure Eight and the Pogues of the Cut. Most people know exactly where they belong.
Gia Reed doesn't.
After moving to Figure Eight with her family two years ago, Gia has learned how to survive among the island's elite without ever really becoming one of them.
