She's a sweet, kind-hearted girl who naturally gets along with people and has a quiet way of making others feel comfortable around her. Even though she's not officially part of the group, she's on friendly terms with the party and is often nearby when they hang out, usually tagging along in her own quieter way. Lucille loves music more than anything and is almost always listening to something, using it as her escape from the chaos of Hawkins life. While she doesn't seek attention or adventure like her brother Steve Harrington, she still finds herself slowly pulled into their world, where her kindness and steady presence make her more important to the group than she realizes

This book was originally the other Harrington and face claim was Jenna Ortega. I changed it to Raegan revord because it fits more as Steve's sister. And the new name is when the light flickers. I think that name fits the story better.
