After graduating with a degree in Finance, Eloise Carter leaves the South Side of Chicago with nothing but faith, determination, and a one-year work visa for South Korea. Hoping to build a better future for herself and help her hardworking mother, Eloise accepts a position at one of Seoul's largest corporations. She quickly discovers that succeeding in a foreign country is far more difficult than she imagined.
