In the sweltering heat of an April summer, the Abaddessa family travels from Pasay to General Trias, Cavite to inspect an old Spanish-era house that promises a fresh start. The two-story ancestral home seems perfect at first. Its polished wooden staircase, shuttered windows, and faded family portraits carry the charm of another century. But the moment young Nina glimpses a pair of glowing red eyes staring from the darkened landing, the family realizes something inside the house is watching them.

As night falls, whispers echo through the halls, footsteps scrape across the roof, and voices begin mimicking loved ones with terrifying precision. Guided by the warnings of Lola Esang, the family matriarch steeped in Filipino folklore, the Abaddessas uncover the house's bloody history and the presence of an aswang lurking within its walls.
