Four days ago, fourteen-year-old Rowan fell asleep with earbuds in during a mandatory evacuation at his summer camp. Nobody woke him up. Now the camp is overrun with infected, the woods are filled with things that sound almost human, and Rowan has survived alone using boarded windows, stolen protein bars, and pure terror. When the D.S.O. sends Leon S. Kennedy to investigate what they believe is an abandoned quarantine zone, the last thing he expects to find is a terrified kid pointing a loaded shotgun at his chest. But surviving the camp may be the easy part. Something happened here. And the deeper they go into the woods, the more Rowan begins to realize the outbreak might not have started in the nearby town at all.

Because sometimes, the scariest leap isn't off a roof it's admitting that this might actually be love. ** I only own Ivy's character and her storyline, Gilmore girls and all that is not mine, well obviously, duh..."
