This story is about a girl named Hana Oak, who lives with her parents in Czechoslovakia.
Her father is a doctor, and her mother is a professional singer.
And they are missionary's to Czechoslovakia.
But when the Oak family is trying to return home, they are unable to get out of the country. They also need a lot of support from their church, and money.
How will this affect Hana's life? What will it be like if they do leave, and she has to say goodbye to all her friends? Will they make it out of Czechoslovakia?
