After defeating the Sculk horde and replacing its tainted heart for a pure one, Mustard Agent Robert was no prepared to sacrifice his own heart, and suffers the aftermath of the catastrophic infection.

His dear friend now diseased and scarred by the bioluminescent Sculk, Sean tasks himself with nursing Robert back to health and safe from the overextending Mustard scientists, and the vile depths of Mustard Institute's labs.

Still, with his high-level boss breathing down his neck, and best friend using him as a body pillow at night, the two agents are sent out for a important mission in the Siberian mountains to monitor and exterminate an infected leopard.

However, feelings arise from Sean's past; isolation, scientific torture and a shared hatred for Mustard. Both agents must face what they've attempted to hide from one another, while simultaneously risking their jobs and keeping up with M.I's strenuous demands.
