"Hail HYDRA!" is all that Tess Pierce has ever known for the twenty four years of her life. Her father is an influential member of the evil organization that she has been raised to dedicate herself and her loyalties to. Never once has she questioned. Never once has she disobeyed. But all of that changes when her father's human weapon bursts into her life with gunshots and explosions. She finally starts to see how inhumane everything HYDRA does and stands for is. She is forced to decide what is right and what is wrong, throwing her world upside down as all she has ever known and believed shatters at her feet.
