Matapos dukutin ng isang misteryosong organisasyon, napilitang harapin ni Panacea at ng kaniyang mga kaibigan ang katotohanan sa likod ng Project Lazarus-isang eksperimento para gumawa ng "perfect immortal soldier" gamit ang NCR-9 virus.
Pero habang lumalala ang outbreak at unti-unting bumabagsak ang Pilipinas, mas natutuklasan nilang hindi lang simpleng infection ang kumakalat.
