It was caused by a tragic accident during Cliff's birth but Cliff only realize's his powers a few years later when a tsunami suddenly happens on his day on the beach. Then he realize's he could save the world from tsunamis but the think goes out of hand tsunamis are happening everywhere!!!!! Can he save those people or will millions of people die?
