Luxury in Promises

There's a luxury in promises, one who has a privilege to keep it and grant it. However, luxury isn't always handed in one's palm that easily. Victoria Hallie Beaufort, alam niya kung paano naging mahirap sa pamilya niya ang tumupad ng mga pangako. So whenever her family fails her, she would always resort into recklessness.
