In A World Where It's You (Mattheo Riddle)

Voldemort had a son, when the wizarding world found out they shunned him. People feared he'd be just like his father because why wouldn't he be? Matthew Thomas Riddle(Mattheo) was left on the Malfoy's doorstep with a note. Who left him? They don't know, let alone know about the fact that Mattheo was his son.
Then there's her. Ariana Renee Mikaelson, the daughter of an ex-Deatheater and a woman who comes from a popular Magizoologist named Newt Scamander, and boy does she act like both her father and mother and Grandpa. She's his best friend's twin, she's the type of girl to see the good in everyone no matter what it is. She helps magical creatures when they are hurt and she has a special connection with her grandpa.
Mattheo knew he'd follow her to the end of the world. Everything about her captivated him, her smile, her laugh, the way her hair fell in her face, when she'd stick a pencil or pen in her mouth when she was concentrating, something he noticed she got from her grandpa.
But everywhere Mattheo went there were whispers, parents yanking their children away from him. Until he met Lorenzo Berkshire and Theodore Nott and the Mikaelson's of course. Mattheo paid attention to how people treated people who associated with him. Mattheo noticed a lot, especially when people would stare at Ariana with disgust wherever she was with him.
It was then and there Mattheo decided that nobody would ever treat her differently because of him and there was no way he'd ever put her in danger. Because of who Mattheo is he knew there would be danger, and so he did the only thing that he could simply think of. Make her hate him. In hindsight not his brightest idea but it worked.
But don't you know Mattheo sometimes that can backfire.
