Taylor, Aris and a whole lot of girls made it out of the Maze, but at what cost? At least every girl there has seen one of their friends die, stung or left to bleed out. And Taylor won't let that happen to anyone else.
Especially after Crystal, a 10-year-old girl who got taken away by a Griever when the girls were escaping, Taylor ran after her, only to lose Crystal, and herself.
Even after Taylor, Aris and some of the girls escape the Maze, they still aren't safe. Taylor doesn't believe Aris, she loves him but doesn't believe him. She desperately wants to be safe. While Aris is out in the vents, Taylor's in the Medical Wing.
What happens when Taylor isn't in the Medical wing?
Why is Taylor the only one being held back in the Medical wing? Only Doctor Crawford and Janson know.
Is it safe?
Or is it slowly eating at her and killing her?
