"What's happening" Brielle asked as her voice wobbled. The two girls didn't know how to reply. The darkness slowly encased them turning itself into a box.                   "Lexi, Ashley where are we?" Brielle questioned. The girls begin to realise where they are. They where in the box heading towards the Glade.

As Thomas learns about this new reality with the help of Ashley they eventually discover the secrets of the maze. This new world is soon turned inside out. The two teens must confront these imminent struggles, while also attempting to solve the grand puzzle of the maze.
