Five-year-old Yulia Maria Evagenova never thought that the happenings of just one day were going to change her life so much.
As she stepped on ice for the first time ever, she knew right there that she loved skating.
For five years she skated as a hobby, never took it seriously, just loved the feeling of the ice beneath the blades.
She never practiced big jumps or spins, she was cool with just singles and scratch spins.
Then PyeongChang came.
Out of curiosity she watched them: that changed her entire prospective on figure skating.
Watching as Alina Zagitova won Olympic Gold with her majestic program made Yulia realize how actually big was Figure Skating.
She wanted to feel that.
And with that, her career began.
