Sonic Mavericks (English)

The world is on the brink of collapse. A catastrophe known as "The Union" has caused two universes to collide, triggering a space-time rupture that has reverberated across the material plane, causing the seas to evaporate, the forests to wither, and the entire planet to become a harsh desert.

All that remains of the past are the great kingdoms and their leaders: In the north, the Kingdom of Acorn, a constitutional monarchy with a parliament, benevolent toward its people but brutal toward outsiders; in the south, the Kingdom of the Sun, another absolutist monarchy from another dimension, pacifist, yet capable of anything to survive. In the skies, aerial pirates exercise their despotic rule, while in the deserted wastelands, the few free peoples try to survive by any means necessary.

The heroes have already vanished; only bandits and daredevils remain, loved by some, reviled by others. Among them, a blue blur stands out, a "liberator of all peoples" who fights against the despotic forces that control everything with an iron fist. A "Maverick"...

But is his cause truly just? Or is he merely being selfish and, just like the kingdoms he faces, does he only seek to impose his vision on others? In these times, nothing is certain, except for conflict.
