Aslani, a new fledgling vampire, swears up and down she hates the vampire prince - Prince Magnus. But what happens when she finally meets him in person with heated tension flowing between the two of them? And worse - he craves her more than blood.

Aslani looks up at him, holding his gaze. "No one would accept a relationship between a royal and a simple girl."
He leans down close to her ear, whispering. "I'll make them accept it. I'll talk to our parents about a wedding."
Aslani freezes, glaring up at him. "A wedding? We hardly know each other."
He moves his other hand to gently grip her throat, but enough to let her know she's now his. "Then I want to know every inch of you. I want to claim you in every part of this castle."
