Sixteen year old Aleksandriya Morozova is used to the abuse from her addict father. So, over time, she's developed an uncanny skill for treating wounds. Dave Lizewski is the nerdiest, most awkward boy she's ever spoken to- but he's also the only person who's shown her steadfast kindness. When he shows up to school battered one day, she connects the dots between him and Kick-Ass, and decides to pay his kindness forward by caring for him.
