Nitro

After the collapse of the planet, caused by global warming, most of the world's population, mostly rich and fortunate people, escaped via rocket out into deep space, never to be seen again. Those who were left behind had live off the land of the harsh environment, which was turned into a wasteland due to the effects of global warming. After a few decades, humans and nature adapted to the wasteland and the horrors it brought along.

Now in the year 2200, in the south-east of what used to be known as Mexico, sits a country known as El Desierto Unido where Nitro, local delivery boy, wants to prove to the world and especially his people that he can be more than just a delivery boy, and instead be a Wasteland Warrior. With the help of his two friends, Overdrive and Cobalt, he goes on a journey under the command on the mysterious Lord of the Wasteland, Overlord, to defend their home land from the perilous Scavengers.

The Scavengers, formerly a part of El Desierto Unido, were banished after an unknown incident between them and former Lord of the Wasteland, Warlord. Since then, their nation has been at constant war with El Desierto Unido. Now, conflicts are arriving rapidly again, and only one man can save his nation... a man named Nitro.
