Rosalyn is the second princess of the Laiton empire. She is coming of age and is to be proclaimed a woman soon, yet her father snd sister have shared no plans of her joining government.
This is fantastic news to Rosalyn, if they will let her do as she pleases then she will get to be an apothecary. Mix medicine and use the plants of the world to help people.
But as her birthday draws closer and she is shut out of her study she finds herself hearing and questioning things she never has before.
In this frozen land where her name holds supreme authority, she starts to wonder what secrets the Laiton name can't access.
