Story Synopsis
What happens when a hero's ultimate safety net completely vanishes? In this alternate universe, Subaru Natsuki is summoned to the Kingdom of Lugunica with a terrifying twist: there is no Return by Death. In this world, a single fatal mistake means a permanent, definitive end.

To make matters worse, fate drops him onto the capital's streets significantly earlier than in the original timeline-long before Felt ever steals Emilia's insignia. Instead of cross paths with the half-elf, Subaru's first interaction happens by pure chance at a fruit stall with a peculiar, pink-haired maid named Ram. After deciding to follow her out of curiosity and rescuing her from an alleyway ambush, Subaru ends up crossing paths directly with her and her deeply suspicious twin sister, Rem.

Without the ability to undo his mistakes, Subaru cannot rely on trial and error. Every single decision is a life-or-death gamble. However, this world grants him a small, delayed compensation: a very rudimentary, basic ability to manipulate gravity. With no destructive magical power to speak of, Subaru must weaponize his knowledge of Earth's physics, raw strategy, and his limited control over the weight of things just to survive a world that wants him dead.
