The world is blind to see the faint little "Red String of Fate", but not Anais.
Anais is the one person who can see the "Red String of Fate", but only hers. There is a small number of people who can see their string, but the only reason as to why they can see it is because that the string was cut in half.
Anais wasn't so concerned about this as a kid, but as she grew she began to wonder on why she can see it. She's read up on anything she could about the mysterious string, but to no avail- she can't find exactly why she can see it and not other people.
She then began her search on the first day of her Senior year.
