Nina spent most of her life believing that one day, eventually, she would become someone easier to love.

Growing up during the peak of the tumblr era, surrounded by impossible beauty standards and a mother obsessed with her weight, Nina learns that attention and love are not always the same thing. So when life finally starts happening - disastrous first kisses, secret relationships, toxic friendships, love triangles, betrayals, obsession, heartbreak, and the people who leave permanent fingerprints on her life - she throws herself into all of it, hoping that maybe being wanted will feel close enough.

Raw, funny, intimate and heavily inspired by real experiences, memories, and emotions, this is a story about girlhood, self-destruction, messy love, and growing into yourself while constantly feeling like you're taking up too much space.
