Mikasa Ackerman has finally reached her way up to her Queen's Head Assassin after decades of killing and slaying in the name of the Rubius Witch Clan's Ancient Matriarch. Her next goal? Be named the Heiress to the Royal Throne.
In order to be considered officially, Mikasa must prove that she is capable of outsmarting other Kingdoms. This comes in the form of an order by the Queen: Kill the King, and bring back Prince Eren alive.
Simple enough, until she learns that the Prince is a better ruler than she could ever be. Not to mention he might very well be the only person who has ever provided her with an ounce of empathy or friendship.
