Clover Hathaway thought Black Highway Academy would be her chance to start over.
She was wrong.
From the moment she arrives at the isolated academy hidden beyond the cursed Black Highway, something feels... off. Students avoid eye contact. Teachers whisper when she passes. And every hallway seems to lead somewhere it shouldn't.

Lyra Bennett - the cold, sharp-tongued roommate who seems to know the academy's rules before they happen... yet can't explain why.
And Elias Vale - the headmistress's son, who watches Clover like he's waiting for something terrible to happen.
But Black Highway Academy doesn't just keep secrets.
It remembers them.
