You can talk over and over again about how tough you are, but you can never deny that at some point you're just fed up with everything, you're staring at yourself in the mirror, tears streaming down your face, begging yourself to stay strong. We all need something to guide us, that's if we WANT to change. If you really want to be happy and strong, then carry on with this book.
