In the end, on their graduation day beneath the campus's old acacia tree, Kael makes his final choice and follows his heart, choosing Lucien Vale-the one who has quietly looked after him since their days in the province. Despite the heartbreak, the boys maintain their strong bond of friendship, leaving Kael and Lucien to happily face their future together as Registered Nurses.
