Moonlight Among Men

In a world where humans and celestial beings coexist with each other, six young teens start school on earth rather than their own planet. These six friends are not welcome by their human classmates, who see them not as human beings but beautiful, threatening objects. Only Linda, a girl who grew up with her fathers stories of how these beings face trouble on their own planet had sympathy for these creatures. Linda decides to learn as much as she can about the six new students, pretending to be their friend to find out all she can about them, and their planet. Carmen is Linda's best friend and while she dislikes these things as much as everyone else, tells Linda to not mess with them rather let them be. But the more Linda spies on them the more she starts to understand them. They may be physically perfect unlike humans, but they have feelings and emotions. She gets to know them and love them, especially Kael, but by then it's already too late to save them from herself.
