Hiraya Ami Alcuaz was supposed to marry a man she had never met. It was tradition, family duty... A beautiful prison wrapped in white flowers and old money. The rules were simple: come home, prepare for the wedding, meet the groom at the altar, and sing like the perfect bride everyone expected her to be, but then Mika, her meddling cousin and self-appointed fairy godmother, hires Elara Liora Madrigal as her vocal coach. Elara is soft-spoken, painfully polite, and careful in a way Hiraya doesn't understand at first but when she sings, everything about her changes. Her voice is full of longing, truth, and emotions Hiraya has spent years trying to bury. Hiraya only needed to learn a wedding song. She did not expect to learn how to breathe again and she definitely did not expect to fall for the woman teaching her how to use her voice.

[COMPLETED] (Confused Hearts Club Series #1) Vonzy Alcatraz, a confident and boyish woman, never believed in love-until she met Marcello Herdhardt. Handsome, tall, and strikingly masculine, Marcello seemed like the perfect man... except for one thing; he's gay. But that doesn't stop Vonzy. In her eyes, if they ever end up together, she's more than willing to take the role of "the man" and treat him like a princess. Marcello, on the other hand, is completely put off by Vonzy. Being gay, he finds the idea of liking a woman unthinkable, his heart reserved only for men as attractive as himself. Yet what begins as playful teasing and lighthearted annoyance slowly turns into something deeper. Amid jokes and unexpected moments, Marcello finds himself gradually falling... confused, conflicted, and undeniably drawn to the one person he never imagined he could love.
