after Mousepaw, once Mousekit, saves her brother from the dark forest she becomes the apprentice of the leader. one day while hunting she finds a strange cat from MoonClan asking to be her friend. Mousepaw is confused but feels a strange connection to the apprentice. Thats when Featherstar appears and warns Mousepaw never to talk to that cat again. Dirtpaw, still dramatized from the dark forest keeps getting flase backs to that fateful night his body was stolen. His mentor gets attacked by a MoonClan patrol and he has to run back to camp to save her.
