On his first day at UA, Izuku's homeroom teacher tells him he cannot be a hero with his poorly controlled quirk. Uraraka Ochaco thinks otherwise. Thankfully, true heroes (in training) are different from bullies. Midoriya Izuku gets the support of his friends for the first time in his life.
