The Demon Guardians

The modern world has a lot of monsters in it: greed, hate, prejudice, poverty, starvation,

oh yeah, and the literal demons.

Nightmares that tower over skyscrapers, black shadows that are no bigger than children but infect the world around them with deadly toxins, and even the ones that look human, friendly, safe. They are the most dangerous. To humans, they look human. To other demons, they still have horns, they still have fangs, they still have the marks of hell.

These beasts have been around for thousands of years wreaking havoc, but if humanity wants to survive, they have to accept that not all of the demons are there to cause destruction.

Some of them just want to help.
