The Other Hero

Carver, an ordinary young man, awakens in a hospital after the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explosion with no memory of how he survived. As he slowly pieces together his memories, he makes a terrifying discovery: he has somehow been transported into the world of The Flash in December 2014, only days after the accelerator catastrophe. Realizing he knows the future of this universe, Carver struggles to accept that everyone and everything from his old life is gone.

His confusion quickly gives way to shock when he accidentally launches a hospital bed across the room with superhuman strength. He soon discovers that the Dark Matter explosion transformed him into an incredibly powerful metahuman, granting him immense strength, near invulnerability, bulletproof skin, and the ability to fly.

Determined to use his powers for good, Carver secretly trains to control his abilities before making his public debut by saving a city bus from plunging into a river. His anonymous heroics capture the attention of Central City, earning him the nickname "Central City's Guardian Angel." He continues protecting the city by stopping the Royal Flush Gang, demonstrating that conventional weapons are completely ineffective against him.

Recognizing he needs answers, Carver visits S.T.A.R. Labs, where Cisco Ramon and Caitlin Snow perform extensive tests. They discover his body is unlike anything they've ever encountered-his bones are denser than steel, his muscles produce unbelievable force, and his body shows virtually no fatigue. Cisco designs a durable blue-and-gold superhero suit specifically for him, while Harrison Wells quietly observes Carver with unusual interest, hinting that Carver's existence may not fit the timeline.
