On the verge of 18, Neon becomes a rising singer at Obsidian Records, balancing school, friendships, first love, and the pressure of becoming the city's newest star. With her haunting voice, glowing stage presence, and songs that seem to pull emotions straight from the soul, the world quickly becomes obsessed with her. Neon discovers there's something different about her... something dangerous. Neon is pulled into a hidden world tied to ancient spiritual forces, the ocean, and a destiny bigger than she ever imagined. Now caught between fame, first loves, friendship, and powers she barely understands, Neon must decide who she wants to become before the world decides for her. Because some girls are born to sing. And some are born to awaken. ______________ Music is at the heart of Neon. 𝘼π™₯𝙀𝙑𝙑𝙀 (The Sun) is the Greek God of the sun, light, prophecy, and poetry. Often depicted as a youthful, handsome figure carrying a lyre or a bow and arrow. Meanwhile, π™„π™˜π™–π™§π™ͺ𝙨 (The Fool) is known as the one who flew close to the sun as he was astonished by it's beauty that results to his death. It is about reaching someone that could possibly hurt you, but you did it anyway. It embodies the interplay between caution and passion, highlighting the beauty of taking emotional risks while remaining aware of the potential consequences. The combination of Apollo and Icarus in this context leads to a π™‚π™šπ™£π™šπ™¨π™žπ™¨-the birth of a love that is both exhilarating and fraught with risk. Their dynamic illustrates the struggle between the desire for connection and the fear of vulnerability.
