Adrian Cole was having a perfectly normal bad day. His job was draining, his rent was due, and the only thing he inherited from a distant relative was a cheap storage unit filled with junk. Or so he thought. Hidden inside was something impossible - an ancient stone archway that should not exist. When Adrian touches it, the door doesn't open. It fuses with him. Moments later, he finds himself standing in a vast and dangerous world called Eryndor, where monsters roam ancient forests and magic saturates the air itself. But Adrian didn't just arrive. Something inside him changed. A strange core now beats within his chest - a living structure that absorbs magic, adapts, and grows stronger with every battle. Fire spells become fuel. Monster attacks become power. Even the very mana of the world bends and reshapes itself inside him. The problem? Adrian isn't a hero. He's a sarcastic office worker who just wanted to pay rent. Now monsters hesitate when he walks by. Ancient forces begin to notice him. And the world may have just awakened something far older than magic itself. Something primordial. And unfortunately for everyone involved... it has a very dry sense of humor.
