The Boy With the Paint Set

Phil Lester, a frequent park visitor, one day goes to the park to find a new face. The usual children and parents were still there, but this boy is different. He comes alone and always bring his art supplies. Morning to night he is there, painting. Phil is interested by this unfamiliar face and wants to know more.
