Kishou Arima X Reader (FanFic)

Kishou Arima, CCG's reaper, was the best of the best. A fearless, expressionless killer. During his investigation of an SS-rated ghoul christened 'The Scarecrow', he comes across a tragedy that involved a certain person. He meets the same person at a library after several years, and bonds over time. However, the lingering threat of ghouls looms over their heads.
