Jeon Jungkook is a dedicated, workaholic cardiothoracic resident whose father is South Korea's most famous webtoon artist, creator of the mega-hit series "W". The story revolves around Kim Taehyung, an Olympic gold medalist who was falsely accused of murdering his family and later became a billionaire seeking justice.

On the night of the webtoon's final chapter release, Jungkook's father vanishes without a trace. While searching his father's eerie office, a bloody hand reaches out from the computer monitor and drags Jungkook into a completely different dimension-the world of "W".

Awakening on a rooftop, Jungkook finds himself face-to-face with a dying, blood-soaked Kim Taehyung. To save the fictional hero, the real-world doctor must rewrite the story.
