We are down to the final 2 months before my YA time travel murder mystery, The Girl Who Ignored Ghosts, is officially released by Beckett Publishing Group. So it's time for the Tell Me Your Ghost Story contest!

I’m a huge fan of flash fiction writing contests, so I want to run a flash fiction contest for ghost stories with cool prizes that include signed copies of my book, a Skype visit with me, a writing critique, and a limited edition necklace that is a replica of the Radcliffe rubies in the novel. She eventually decided not to ponder about it anymore and get used to the situation. But then, a couple of days before her seventeenth birthday, she starts to discover a very dark past that has way more to do with herself than she could have ever imagined." I can't believe my longest story is written in English (since that isn't my native language), but it is and I'm... kinda... PROUD of it! Just flunking class isn't dramatic enough, though. Des plans to get booted in the most spectacular manner possible, just to make sure her parents' social circle will never let them live it down. Her scheming, unfortunately, encounters three roadblocks within the first week of class. The first: Exie Quinnell, teacher's pet, whip-smart, and unreasonably attractive. Neither girl intended to end up on a project together, but their teacher deemed Des in need of a little... remediation. The second: There are things about Melliford Academy that none of the teachers will talk about, even when pressed. Things that should be easy answers.
