Manny Rivera, the prince and son of King Rodolfo and Queen Maria wishes to become King of Miracle City but however his jealous uncle, Tito aka Titanium Titan wants to be king instead so decided to come up with a plan that gets poor Manny framed for the death of his father for him to flee. Then afterwards he meets two outcasts as they grow up together but then when reuniting with a childhood sweetheart and getting the wisdom from the benevolent immortal being, he heads back to the city to take his place as King.
