it's villain time

Instead of All Might telling Izuku he can be a hero, the rooftop conversation goes completely wrong. All Might leaves, and the Sludge Villain incident happens anyway-but Bakugo is saved by other heroes, and Izuku is publicly humiliated for being a "reckless, quirkless nuisance."
​That same night, a meteor crashes into the Dagobah Municipal Beach. Izuku, seeking isolation, finds the pod. The Omnitrix latches onto his wrist. With his dreams shattered by the Symbol of Peace and his mind twisted by years of abuse, Izuku realizes he doesn't need a Quirk to change the world-he just needs to tear down the system that cast him aside.
