At Havenwood, the hierarchy is written into the uniform itself. The blue ties suffer-funded students like me, surviving on scholarships, pressure, and silence. The red ties thrive-the elite, born into comfort, moving through the school like it was built for them.

We're not just different. We're divided.

I followed every rule. Kept my head down. Stayed grateful.

Then I saw her.

She's golden in a way the school itself seems to orbit around-admired, untouchable, already belonging to someone whose name opens every door mine can't even knock on.

She should've been off-limits. A closed story. A line I was never meant to cross.

But I've never been good at staying away from things I shouldn't want.

And now the question isn't whether I should feel this.

It's how far I'm willing to go when I already know I won't stop.
