Lucy Chen was not the best with introductions. After leaving behind her strict and emotionally distant parents Because of a diagnosis of PTSD, ADHD and a cryptic pregnancy after an incident at a School event, her parents denied her and abused her - so she decided to leave and start over in a new place with a family that did actually love her.

Lucy Ended up moving to Her Aunt and Uncle's house where they cared and actually took importance of her and her newborn daughter. Determined to focus on school and her future in nursing, Lucy never expects to find herself pulled into a chaotic friend group filled with football games, late-night study sessions, volunteer coaching, and the intimidating school captain, Tim Bradford.
