In the golden haze of Los Angeles sunsets and the quiet ache of Seoul rainy nights, five dreamers find themselves living across the hallway from each other - and slowly becoming each other's safe place.

Kim Jennie, also known as Kim Ah Reum, is a Korean-American visual arts student at Westwood Arts University (WAU). Behind her calm personality and camera lens hides a girl who secretly writes emotional songs she's too afraid to share with the world. She captures memories through photographs, film projects, and quiet observations - noticing the emotions people try hardest to hide.

Across from her apartment lives x-treme, a pre-debut idol group under Hit Entertainment.

There's Park Jae Won, the cold and guarded main vocalist whose lonely heart hides behind perfection and silence.

Kang Min Woo, the introverted second lead vocalist and visual of x-treme who is terrified of failure.

Lee Ji Hoon, the chaotic rapper who jokes through his loneliness.

And Choi Sung Min, the youngest member fighting to prove he's more than "just the maknae."

As late-night convenience store talks, rooftop conversations, practice room struggles, studio sessions, and campus festival nights slowly intertwine their lives, Jennie becomes more than just the girl next door.
