2030: dr. Kendra Johnson was abducted and used in a "Phi" virus experiment, conducted by a crime syndicate known as Dark Entropy. She didn't die, unlike other people before her, and developed mutagenic powers; she escaped from the lab 3 days later.
2032: winds of World War 3 have brushed all of the United States. Kendra, hired by the FBI as a specialized field medic, infiltrates one of Dark Entropy's ocean compounds with FBI tactical escort and firearms specialist, Nicholas Werner, to obtain Dark Entropy's research material of the "Phi" virus and viral cells harvested from Kendra's body. Things turn south quickly with a Controller variant, along with "Phi" outbreak, and within 2 days, along with a general nurse from New York, they're forced to run for their lives.
