Lainey Arce, or what her friends call her Rainey Lainey, a simple girl. Has five best friends and wouldn't trade them for anything. Lainey wasn't bullied nor depressed, but she was an outcast like her friends. But Lainey nor her friends cared at all. They loved being themselves.
Now meet Tyler Nalon, the school's football wide-receiver. Yes, Wide-Recieveir NOT the quarterback. Tyler absolutely sucked at quarterback when he tried to fill in the position when their quarterback got suspended from school. So with no quarterback on the team, how will this football team survive?
Lainey was running late to school. Leaving her no time to put on her contacts so she put on her glasses and shoved her contacts case in her pocket to put on later. Lainey knew a short cut through the football fields to get to her history class. As Lainey ran through the side of the fields as fast as she could a football came hurdling towards her. Instead of being hit with the football like any person who didn't know how to catch a football, Lainey caught the football with her fast reflexes and threw the ball across the field to no other than Tyler. Then she rushed to class.
So what happens when Lainey has P.E. 5th period and is asked by Coach Dublins to join his football team?
