In the world of the Modern Era, where the reign of the Old Gods is long gone, those who inherited the abilities of Gods, powerful mythical creatures, and the concept of sorcery still co-exist in this planet.
With that being said, an eighteen year old boy ventured towards the bodies of waters when a sudden storm made from total darkness destroyed his boat and made him drown, sinking his body towards the sea floor. However, the boy survived the incident but later discovered that he is now possessed by a Dragon with the power to even rival the Old Gods. The Leviathan that ate the six moons according to Philippine mythology, Bakunawa! This is the story of Modern Odyssey and the Dragon of the Eclipse!
