Averay Villareal is known as the fierce, responsible, and intimidating committee head of Saint Valencia Academy. She hates lazy people, loud boys, and most especially Ryle Martinez. Ryle is the exact opposite of her. Carefree, playful, stubborn, and always getting on her nerves. As one of the most popular boys in school, he spends most of his time joking around with his friends and teasing Averay every chance he gets. For years, they've been trapped in a nonstop war of arguments, sarcasm, and irritation. But behind every insult, lingering stare, and unexpected act of concern, something slowly begins to change. As school events, friendships, jealousy, and hidden feelings pull them closer together, Averay starts questioning the walls she built around herself while Ryle realizes that the girl he loved annoying the most might actually be the girl he's falling for. In a story filled with tension, banter, slow-burn romance, and emotional chaos, two people who can barely stand each other will soon discover that sometimes... The person you hate the most becomes the one you can't live without.
