When a brutal string of murders begins targeting figures connected to their past, Ben and Vivienne are pulled back into the city's underworld - a world of smoky jazz clubs, mob corruption, hidden conspiracies, and masked killers lurking in the shadows.

And the deeper they investigate, the more they realize Ruby's death may not have been random after all.

Now, old wounds reopen. Buried feelings resurface. And as the city begins tearing itself apart once again, Ben and Vivienne are forced to confront the truth:
