If Heather has learned anything in her seventeen years of life, it's that things don't always go as planned.
For instance, she never planned on her parents being brutally murdered the week after her seventh birthday. And she never planned on living on the run like some sort of fugitive, constantly in hiding from the mysterious group of hunters trying to kill her.
And she certainly never planned on sprouting wings.
But it happened, and Heather has never felt more alone.
But as she moves on to yet another new town, she soon discovers that she might not be quite as alone as she thought. Because unknowingly, she's somehow managed to stumble into one of the few werewolf packs in America, whose Alpha happens to be her mate.

She was kept alive but not for pleasant reasons as the alpha of the murderous pack, Alpha Dominic decided to keep her as a punching bag for his anger. She becomes malnourished, weak and mute. After about 2 and a half years of dealing with this Alpha Dominic someone whisks her away again as her second mate as she was rejected before. They have their ups and downs but nothing is compared to what they have in stored, the new roller coaster they must ride to have a happily ever after, if you can call it that. I know the book starts slow, that's how I wanted it to be, to build to the exciting parts. It may be a drag, I know but it'll be worth it when the book speeds up with the roller coaster that Harmony has to ride, so to speak. Give it time and it'll spike your interest.
